JobsRUs.com is currently seeking several Mill Operators Candidates in Gouverneur, NY! Operators needed for the busy season in Paper Mill! The Operators will run the equipment to create a final product. Shifts will be 12 hours - 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am Pay: $20.00 Job Responsibilities: -Operate roll conveyor system and keep rolls moving from production to wrapping -Record keeping as required -Operate bar-coding computer system to generate roll and core tags -Use the rejection feature to remove rolls from the roll tracking system -Identify rolls as required inspect rolls and report any quality issues -Follow instructions on production orders -Work with machine crew to thread machine in order to minimize downtime -Assist in the collection of quality control samples and perform tests as required -Will use tow motor, computer, small hand tools, cutting tools, and testing equipment -Will work around large, heavy machinery Requirements: -Applicants must be 18 years of age or older -High School Diploma or GED -Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling in a dusty, hot, and humid environment JobsRUs.com Cares: *Pay Options: Direct Deposit, Paper Checks or pay cards; paid weekly *Health/Dental/Vision Insurance options compliant with the ACA *401k *Online Employee Portal to adjust withholdings and view and print pay stubs We look forward to working with you; JobsRUs.com Cares!
