JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a CNC Operator for our client in Rancho Cucamonga! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $23.84/Hour Shift: M-F, 5am-1:30pm Experience Required: 1?2 years of experience operating automatic CNC machinery Department: Saws Department Position Overview: This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to support production within the Saws Department. The position involves following daily production schedules, ensuring machine efficiency, and maintaining quality standards throughout the machining process. Key Responsibilities: Perform pre-operation inspections to ensure machines are safe and ready for use Read and execute daily production schedules as directed by the supervisor Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on materials for machining accuracy Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machinery Set and adjust machine controls (speed, feed, coolant flow, depth, and angle of cut) Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or quality issues Adjust machine settings as needed and report issues to the supervisor Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications; stop production if defects are found Collaborate with the supervisor to resolve machining or production issues Complete daily production reports and inspection documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and safety policies Equipment & Tools: CNC Machines (Mazak or VL86) Computer systems for production logging and reporting Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Additional Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills for logging production data and reports | |
