Position Overview-
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, along with hands-on experience in preventive maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment
Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and replace mechanical systems including air compressors, dryers, dehumidifiers, and cooling towers
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
Support and administer the preventive maintenance (PM) program, including documentation and reporting
Identify PM requirements for new equipment and train operators on routine maintenance procedures
Follow detailed operational instructions for setup and repairs
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety policies
Provide support to facilities and operations teams as needed
Ensure consistent attendance and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or variable schedules as required
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
4?6 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Advanced experience troubleshooting PLC systems
Ability to read and interpret control wiring diagrams
Experience rebuilding pumps and maintaining mechanical systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work from standard procedures

Preferred Qualifications-
Fabrication experience
Electrical troubleshooting skills
Broad mechanical maintenance background
Vocational training, apprenticeship, or related technical certification

Core Skills & Competencies-
Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Experience operating forklifts or powered industrial equipment
Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
