Location: Shorewood, IL Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Sunday ? Friday Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM Pay: $24/hour (based on experience) Position Summary JobsRUs.com is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Essential Functions Process client orders, receipts, and order confirmations Communicate with carriers and maintain accurate account records Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally Maintain accurate customer and order data within internal systems Perform order entry, inventory checks, and receipt processing using WMS Prepare daily reports, spreadsheets, and worksheets Ensure accuracy in order entry and assist with billing inquiries Track and document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions Provide customers with updates on order status and any changes Assist with monthly billing and charge code entry Prepare shipping and logistics documents (BOLs, invoices, packing lists, labels) Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of related experience Experience in distribution or fulfillment environments preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Maintain a professional demeanor at all times | |
