Forklift Operator (Sit-Down Forklift Only ??? Plastic Manufacturing) Pay: $15.45 - $17.22/hr Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site) Schedule: 12-hour shifts 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM or 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Position Overview: Operate a sit-down propane forklift in a plastic bottle manufacturing environment. This role is strictly focused on sit-down forklift operation. No stand-up equipment is used. Key Responsibilities: * Operate sit-down (propane) forklift to move materials safely and efficiently * Remove finished goods from production lines and stage in warehouse or load onto trucks * Supply raw materials to production lines as needed * Load and unload trailers accurately * Complete basic scanning and documentation * Follow all safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards Requirements: * Proven experience operating sit-down forklift (propane preferred) * Manufacturing or warehouse experience required (plastics preferred) * Ability to work 12-hour shifts * Strong attention to safety and detail Work Environment: * Fast-paced plastic bottle manufacturing facility * Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial conditions * Frequent equipment operation and material movement | |
