JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Selector I for our client in Mira Loma, CA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $23.00/Hour Training Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10 Hours shift starting at 4 PM - plus OT when necessary The schedule will change from Sunday to Thursday, with eight-hour shifts effective May 3, 2026. Equipment: Electric Double Jack Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Temperature: Outside Temp - no freezer or cooler Day to Day: selecting cases from 5lbs to 40lbs and wrapping pallets. Steel Toe shoes required starting on day 1 JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling product using SOS label technology, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders, and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. Hand selects orders in Dry environments, operates assigned SOS unit to create labels, correctly places labels on product, stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures (e.g., no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.), stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations, stretch-wraps product on loading dock, maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jack, SOS unit, and personal protective equipment, and performs pre and post-trip inspections of equipment. Must follow client preferred work methods at all times and follow sanitation requirements in order to comply with policy set forth by client and by AIB (American Institute of Baking). This position requires working until all products are accurately selected and loaded including potential overtime on holidays and weekends. Essential skills include the ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels established through an engineered production standard, working rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift in a fast paced environment, meeting or exceeding established cases per error goals, and developing a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures. Basic requirements include being over the age of 18, the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements, basic arithmetic skills, and adequate physical fitness to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
