Friday, 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $22/hour Start Date: Immediate Position Overview JobsRUs.com is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Return Merchandise Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for processing product returns, managing return requests, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely repairs, replacements, or refunds. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company policies, and help identify trends in returns to improve customer satisfaction and product quality. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Process Returns: Authorize and manage incoming product returns, including issuing RMA numbers, inspecting items, and coordinating the receiving process Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers by setting expectations, resolving issues, and providing updates on return statuses Internal Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and production teams to ensure a smooth and efficient return process Documentation: Accurately track and document all return-related activities for auditing, reporting, and record-keeping purposes Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or issues throughout the return process Compliance: Ensure all returns meet company policies and warranty requirements Reporting: Generate reports on return trends, warranty claims, and product defects to support continuous improvement Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with CRM systems preferred Technical Skills Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word for reporting and data analysis Education High school diploma or equivalent required Some college or a degree preferred Benefits Competitive hourly rate Consistent Monday?Friday schedule with daytime hours Supportive team environment with growth potential Apply today to start your career with JobsRUs.com! | |
