Assembler 1, General Pay Rate: $17.00 to $17.50/hour Shift: Monday through Friday | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Interview Process: Phone screening, then In person with hiring manager Location: Sandy, UT Benefits: 401k Health, Dental, Vision Insurance after 90 days Weekly Pay (Every Friday) Supplemental Health Insurance Temp to Perm Opportunity (After 90 days) Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail?oriented Light Industrial / Inspection & Warehouse Associate to support manufacturing quality and material flow operations. This role focuses on deboxing and visually inspecting components while also assisting with pallet and material movement throughout the warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a hard worker, a strong team player, and eager to gain experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Typical Daily Responsibilities Spend approximately 50% of the day deboxing and visually inspecting parts according to quality instructions Spend approximately 50% of the day moving pallets and materials throughout the warehouse Open boxes containing manufactured products and prepare components for inspection Load parts into automated sorting or inspection machines Move bins, containers, and pallets using a pallet jack Support production and inspection flow as needed Essential Duties and Responsibilities Debox manufactured products and prepare them for quality inspection Perform visual inspections to ensure assemblies meet established quality standards Operate small tools or machines to open products safely Transport materials and pallets within the work area Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety, quality, and procedural guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent No prior experience required (0?5 years accepted) Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and specifications Basic math skills Effective communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem?solving ability Team?oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Willingness to rotate into different tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or medical device experience (preferred, not required) Experience using an electric pallet jack Basic equipment maintenance knowledge Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and 30 lbs occasionally Ability to push and move pallets using a pallet jack Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Soft Skills Priority Strong teamwork and collaboration Dependable and hardworking attitude Disclaimer The above statements describe the general nature and level of work performed.
