Distribution Associate 1st Shift 1st Shift | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM MOnday-Friday Pay Rate: $19.50/hour Overtime: Must be available as needed Onboarding, Background Check, and Drug Test must be completed and cleared prior to submission Benefits: 401k Health, Dental, Vision after 90 days of employment Supplemental Health Insurance Weekly Pay Temp to Permanent Position 45-90 days Job Summary The Distribution Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehousing and material distribution tasks related to the accurate and timely shipment of product. This role supports order fulfillment, palletizing, shipping, and general warehouse operations in a fast???paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders including scanning barcodes, picking cases, and labeling boxes Palletize orders by scanning, carrying, placing, and stacking cases on pallets Process orders using RF technology, including voice technology Ensure accuracy and verification of shipment packaging Load parcel shipments onto bulk trailers Perform dock manifest duties as needed, including scanning completed pallets and operating shrink? wrap equipment Transport pallets using walk behind Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Perform other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities Adhere to attendance policies Maintain current status in all required C2C training modules Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Perform all job activities safely and in compliance with safety requirements Maintain a clean, professional appearance Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly at all times Participate in Hazmat training if assigned, including general awareness, function specific, security awareness, security plan, and safety training Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred If the candidate does not have a diploma or GED, this must be noted during submission Good verbal communication skills Ability to obtain electric pallet jack certification Ability to read and interpret distribution documents Ability to work with minimal supervision Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills General distribution or warehouse knowledge Steel toed shoes and safety vest required Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
