1st Shift | Pay: $17.50/HR Position Summary- We are currently seeking dependable and detail oriented Production Workers to support operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is essential to ensuring products are assembled, packaged, and prepared efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. What You?ll Do- Assemble, kit, and co-pack products with precision and efficiency Maintain consistent production speed while meeting quality standards Perform packaging duties including box assembly, packing, and sealing Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, conveyors, ink jet machines, and case sealers Monitor product quality and report any issues promptly Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Participate in required training sessions and continuous improvement efforts Support additional tasks and special projects as needed Position Qualifications- Previous experience in production, warehouse, or packing environments (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Effective communication and teamwork abilities Dependable, punctual, and motivated work ethic Education & Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver?s License (as required by site or contract) Physical Demands- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly Push or move carts up to 50 lbs (with or without assistance) Frequent bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to work safely around machinery and equipment Work Environment- Work is performed in an active manufacturing/warehouse setting. Employees may be exposed to: Equipment noise and moving machinery Variable temperatures, including heat Occasional fumes, airborne particles, or industrial materials | |
