Schedule: M-F 3pm-11:30pm and weekends as scheduled Pay: $25.00 hourly+ $1.00 shift differential Location: onsite Benefits: Weekly pay, Health insurance, and 401K Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment? We?re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong conveyor system experience to help keep our operations running safely and efficiently. In this role, you?ll be at the heart of facility performance?troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving critical equipment. If you enjoy diagnosing complex issues, working with electrical and mechanical systems, and taking ownership of your work, this is an opportunity to make a real impact. What You?ll Do Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain automated conveyor systems to ensure optimal performance Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, controls, plumbing, and HVAC systems Install and set up new equipment and machinery as needed Conduct routine facility inspections and address issues proactively Maintain MHE batteries and support overall equipment reliability Document all maintenance, repairs, and installations accurately Identify and report defective materials or unsafe conditions Collaborate with maintenance team members and support broader facility operations Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards What You Bring High school diploma or GED required 3.5?5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a real-world environment Proven experience working with and maintaining conveyor systems Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and control systems Ability to perform preventive maintenance and quickly resolve equipment issues Working knowledge of facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical Technical Skills Experience troubleshooting various conveyor types Electrical knowledge across multiple voltage ranges: 12V / 24V AC/DC 120V / 208V 277V / 480V Familiarity with automated systems and controls Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with work order systems such as SAP is a plus Work Environment & Expectations Flexibility to work weekends and overtime is required May be required to work off-shifts and respond to call-ins Comfortable working in an active, industrial environment Why Join Us This is more than a maintenance role?it?s an opportunity to be part of a team that keeps operations moving.
