Case Picker 2nd Shift Position: Case Picker Shift: 2nd shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Pay Rate: $19.50/hr Location: Redlands, CA 92374 Interview Type: Phone interviews Requirements: Drug test & safety shoes required About the Role We are seeking an experienced Case Picker to join our 2nd???shift warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong electric pallet jack experience and thrives in a fast???paced, metrics???driven environment. Key Responsibilities Pick cases accurately and efficiently using pick tickets, labels, handheld scanners, or RF devices Use equipment including Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), forklifts, handcarts, power trucks, conveyor systems, and other material???handling tools Move materials, assemblies, and finished goods throughout the warehouse Follow all SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety procedures Maintain basic records as required Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50+ lbs, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand motions Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience Proven case picking accuracy and efficiency Ability to read pick tickets, labels, and operate handheld scanners/RF devices Comfortable working in non climate controlled environments (hot summers/cold winters) Ability to perform in a metrics???driven role Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED If no HS/GED, must have at least 2+ years of applicable warehouse experience Basic computer skills Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents in English Strong communication skills Work Environment This role requires frequent exposure to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, temperature extremes, and vibrations.
