Weekly Pay! $17.00/Hour Shift Details : 3rd shift Day starts at : 05:00PM Day Ends at : till work has been completed Working Days : Sunday - Thursday The Warehouse Operations Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through a combination of administrative and operational tasks. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in an office setting while also understanding warehouse workflows and processes. Key responsibilities include auditing warehouse folders for accuracy, reviewing shipment documentation and photos, and closing out orders in the system to finalize shipments. The clerk communicates with internal teams regarding product issues, ensures documentation meets required guidelines, and generates daily reports for items requiring approval. In addition to operational support, this role performs general clerical duties such as data entry, answering phones, filing, and responding to inquiries. The position requires regular use of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), with AS400 experience preferred. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a variable workload. This role operates in a warehouse environment and may require working in both ambient and freezer conditions. Flexibility is essential, as schedules may include extended hours and varying start and end times based on business needs. Experience: 1 year of warehouse office experience preferred. Qualifications: HSD or equivalent preferred. | |
