Position: Put-Away Associate Pay: $20 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Location: Fairfield, CA 94533 Summary: The Put-Away Associate is an essential role in ensuring an efficient and systematic storage of our incoming merchandise and goods. In this role, the Put-Away Associate will facilitate and contribute to a well-organized storage and uphold the commitment to company standards. Essential Job Functions: ? Arrange materials in the warehouse to optimize the placement of items for easy retrieval. This includes keeping the receiving dock area clear. ? Designate all items to specific bins to reduce confusion and inefficiency. ? Collaborate closely with the receiving team to facilitate a seamless transition of goods from intake to storage. Promptly relay any discrepancies or concerns to the Receiving and Put-Away Manager. ? Regularly provide feedback and suggestions on storage procedures and potential improvements. Adhere to all company safety policies. ? Stay informed regarding industry trends for optimal storage practices to guarantee the implementation of the most efficient systems. ? Perform other duties assigned. ? Work mandatory overtime as required. Qualifications: ? Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related field. ? Familiarity with the electrical supply or construction industry preferred. ? Proficient in warehouse operations and basic understanding of supply chain mechanics. ?
