Quick and efficient hiring process Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Scientist I with hands-on laboratory experience to support analytical chemistry and in-vitro biomedical testing activities for medical device development. This is an onsite role supporting research & development and potentially pilot-scale manufacturing. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy lab work, learning new techniques, and contributing to meaningful innovation in the medical device field. Key Responsibilities Perform analytical chemistry testing and in-vitro biomedical experiments using laboratory instrumentation. Provide technical support for R&D technology development projects and other engineering activities. Execute testing following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and established test methods. Assist with laboratory upkeep including cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining general lab organization. Prepare, analyze, and interpret lab data; may assist with writing test results or contributing to reports. Support lab equipment maintenance and coordinate required service or calibration. Perform additional duties as required to support team objectives and business needs. Typical Day Includes Conducting lab-based testing and sample preparation Running analytical or in-vitro experiments Recording data and possibly writing short summaries Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment Collaborating with team members while also working independently Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as: Chemistry Chemical Engineering Biomedical Engineering Materials Science Related scientific or engineering disciplines General lab experience (academic or professional) Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn new techniques and processes Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Preferred Experience Hands-on lab experience, especially in: Analytical chemistry Wet lab work Biomedical testing Experience writing technical protocols or technical reports Strong attention to detail and scientific documentation Soft Skills Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously once trained Strong communicator Organized and detail???oriented Eager to learn and contribute to scientific development projects Interview Process Phone pre-screening with staffing agency Video interview with the hiring team ## BD04123JD | |
