Fully Remote Position! 9 Month Contract Pay Rate - $38/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Job Description The HR Job Analyst supports high quality, patient-centered care by participating in the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of job and position standardization across the enterprise. Under the direction of the Director of Job Analysis & Integration, the HR Job Analyst serves as an expert resource for the Job Standardization Initiative by performing a variety of activities related to data analysis, consolidation, reporting, and strategy. The HR Job Analyst also participates in maintaining the daily workflow approval process to ensure compliance with established guidelines. Major Responsibilities · Participates in the establishment of job and position standardization guidelines by providing analysis for a variety of data sets, including job codes, job descriptions, position titles, active positions, and common practices within individualized areas of the company. · Assists with user acceptance testing and implementation of new job standardization guidelines. · Collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze needs and requirements. · Consults with the HR Community and business operations as needed to investigate and analyze any issues or challenges with job code mapping or position titling. · Escalates in-scope, complex cases to subject matter experts (SME) until issue is adequately resolved. · Gathers job description data from source documents across the enterprise. Analyzes statements by meaning and context to identify common responsibilities and requirements and creates draft job descriptions using the established format and standardized language. Edits documents per feedback from subject matter experts and departmental stakeholders. · Maintains public library of standardized job descriptions and facilitates access to library or individual documents as needed. Maintains master file to ensure data integrity. · Reviews requisitions for new positions and position changes to confirm appropriate position mapping. · Maintains and protects confidentiality with regard to employee information. · Completes special projects, as needed. · Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelors degree in a related field preferred. 1-3 years of applicable experience is required. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required, specifically expertise using vlookups, pivot tables, etc. Proven ability to think critically required. Healthcare experience, specifically understanding regulatory requirements, is preferred. HR background a plus, especially HRIS systems knowledge. Experience developing/updating job descriptions a huge plus. Formal project management experience a plus, or a minimum of working on large-scope projects.
