Compensation and Schedule: - Starting Pay: $20/hr (Overtime Pay: $30/hr). - Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts; overtime is mandatory. Role Overview and Responsibilities: In this position, you will be expected to qualify for and successfully execute several roles, including Material Handler (Shipping and Receiving), Filler Pulper Operator, and 4th Hand. Additional duties include: - Maintaining a clean work environment, including break rooms and restrooms. - Shoveling snow and applying salt/sand as needed. - Performing other tasks as requested by the supervisor. Minimum Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to pass and maintain mobile equipment certifications for clamp trucks, fork trucks, and spotter tractors.
