Weekly Pay! $50.00/Hour Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Recruiter to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting efforts within a fast-paced environment. This role will play a key part in recruitment operations, workforce reorganization initiatives, and union hiring processes. The ideal candidate thrives under shifting priorities, maintains accuracy, and brings strong collaboration skills to drive hiring success. Must be willing to travel to both the Pearl River and Manhattan site. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment Support recruitment staff and organizational restructuring initiatives Assist with and help facilitate new union hire orientations Source candidates using job boards and other recruiting tools Screen resumes and manage large applicant pipelines through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Track and report recruiting metrics using detailed Excel spreadsheets Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals and timelines Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all recruiting activities Required Qualifications Bachelor?s Degree required Proven experience handling high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment Experience with resume screening and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Advanced Excel skills, including tracking and reporting on multiple data points Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and composure Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a union environment Background recruiting for engineering, utility, or telecom roles Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and deliver results Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach Strong personality with the ability to keep teams aligned and on track What We?re Looking For A detail-oriented professional who thrives in high-volume recruiting A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams Someone who can adapt quickly and maintain accuracy under pressure A driven individual who takes ownership and ensures results | |
