We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced electronic manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for handling inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring products are stored and shipped accurately and safely. Work Location San Diego- Convoy District Pay & Schedule $20/hr Monday?Friday | 11:00 AM ? 7:30 PM Overtime as needed Employment Type & Benefits Temp-to-hire opportunity 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision after 90 days on assignment Key Responsibilities Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies Load, unload, pick, and store products in designated areas Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Prepare and pack orders accurately for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve operations Participate in training and process improvements Perform other duties as assigned Work mandatory overtime when required Qualifications 1?3 years of warehouse experience preferred Basic knowledge of warehouse operations Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus) Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. | |
