**Pay:** $22.00 ? $25.00 per hour (based on experience) **Expected Hours:** 30 ? 60 hours per week **Work Location:** On the road/in warehouse **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to optimize processes to maintain productivity and accuracy. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment. * Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. * Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods. * Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and transportation carriers to ensure efficient movement of goods. * Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to track shipments and manage freight costs. * Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed. * Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels. * Assist in the development and implementation of lean principles to streamline warehouse operations. **Experience:** * Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment. * Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational processes. * Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. * Experience with dispatching, logistics, transportation management systems (TMS), or related areas is a plus. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. * Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels. **Benefits:** * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance **Schedule:** * 8-hour shift * 10-hour shift * 12-hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Night shift If you have the required experience and skills for this position, we would love to hear from you.
