Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to support the Purchasing Department and other areas as needed. This role involves managing purchase orders, maintaining records, and communicating with vendors and customers to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and maintain records in various administrative and purchasing database systems.

Handle general clerical duties including photocopying, filing (alphabetical and numerical), and document management.

Contact customers and vendors for purchase order (PO) follow-ups.

Utilize Internet and email systems for research, sourcing, and communication purposes.

Provide support to other departments as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and vendor communication.

Organized with the ability to manage filing and documentation efficiently.
