Pay: $20 - $22 per hour Position: Logistics CSR Location: Oakland, CA 94607 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Assignment Length: 3 - 12 months Start Date: End of March/Beginning of April (exact start date still pending) Key Responsibilities: -Managing inbound and outbound customer communications (email and phone) -Appointment scheduling and follow-ups -Data entry and system updates -Coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams -Processing orders and resolving customer inquiries -General administrative support as needed Qualifications: -Prior CSR experience (logistics/warehouse experience preferred) -Strong email communication skills -Detail-oriented and organized -Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment -Experience with [WMS / TMS / Excel / specific system if applicable] -Please send qualified candidates as soon as possible for review. | |
