Location: Wood Dale, IL | Full-Time, On-Site Pay: $75,000 ? $95,000/year (DOE) Job Summary: Seeking a PRODUCTION Systems Manager with a bachelor?s or master?s degree in computer science or mathematics. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse/production Systems management. This role is responsible for improving process efficiency, systems accuracy, labor productivity and operational performance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Analyze KPI?s Improve process efficiency and reduce manual errors Manage and optimize warehouse systems workflow. Experience with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives Develop and Maintain SOPs Support audits, compliance and customer requirements Provide reporting and operational analysis to leadership Qualifications: Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics. Strong WMS/ERP expertise. Advanced Excel (Power BI a plus) Min. of 5 years? Experience in managing cross -functional teams Oversee daily production system operations and ensure date accuracy Manage and optimize warehouse system workflows (receiving, sorting, RMA, shipping) Develop and Maintain SOP's and Process documents Provide reporting and operational analysis to leadership Benefits.
