Lubbock, Tx | $16-18/hr Position Summary- We are seeking a reliable Merchandiser to assist with product delivery, merchandising, and in store execution. This role involves close collaboration with drivers to ensure efficient unloading, stocking, and display maintenance, all while adhering to strict site entry protocols. Job Duties- -Delivery Assistance: Support Order Replenishment Merchandiser (ORM) in the efficient unloading and staging of products at various retail locations. -Merchandising Excellence: Assist ORM with execution of all product merchandising activities, including stocking shelves, building displays, and rotating products (following FIFO standards) according to company guidelines. -Inventory Management: Follow ORM direction to ensure proper product presentation and sufficient stock levels to maximize sales opportunities. -Relationship Building: Maintain professional relationships with store management and personnel. | |
