Position Summary -
JobsRUs.com is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Tube Bend Operator to join our client?s aerospace manufacturing team in Fort Worth. This is a great opportunity to work in a structured, team-oriented environment producing tubing components used in aircraft systems.

What You?ll Do
You will fabricate and assemble tubing components used in air, fuel, oil, and hydraulic systems for aircraft and spacecraft. Work is performed under supervision with support from experienced team members.

Primary Responsibilities

Read work orders, blueprints, bend charts, and master templates

Cut, form, flare, swage, and burr tubing using manual and powered equipment

Operate semi-automatic rotary draw tube bending machines (single bends)

Attach fittings (nuts, sleeves, collars, caps) using hand tools and machines

Align and assemble tubing components for welding

Measure and inspect tubing using gauges, calipers, CMM, Aicon systems, and other measuring devices

Perform pressure leak testing

Mark and label tubing components

Clean, lubricate, and remove minor imperfections from assemblies

Additional Responsibilities

Participate in lean/continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain a clean and FOD-free work environment

Ensure equipment is properly calibrated

Assist with training when needed

Operate bump machine

What We?re Looking For
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum 1 year of related experience

Experience preparing tubing for bending and handling degreasing processes

Ability to read blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications

Basic math and computer skills

Strong mechanical reasoning ability

Ability to work within tight tolerances and accuracy standards

Must obtain certified operator stamp within one year

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Frequent movement within manufacturing plant

Operation of manual machinery and testing equipment

Ability to inspect detailed parts for defects

May lift/move parts up to 10 lbs

Exposure to solvents, lubricants, and varying temperatures
