Position Specific Information:



? This is a high?volume Call Center responsible for scheduling transportation services for the Mecklenburg Transportation System (MTS).

? The role primarily involves handling inbound calls, with some outbound calls as needed, delivering world?class customer service, resolving customer concerns, and assisting with general inquiries.

? The position is responsible for scheduling transportation for Mecklenburg County residents and determining eligibility for transportation services.

? The role also requires meeting established Call Center performance metrics.

? The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 7:00 a.m.?4:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.?4:30 p.m.
