Weekly Pay! $21.82/Hour Shift Details Day starts at : 08:00AM Day Ends at : 04:30PM Working Days : Monday to Friday JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry/Data Entry Specialist to join our team, supporting Sales People in processing orders for the casino. This is a critical onsite position that requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately key in sales orders for delivery using 10-key data entry methods. Perform order entry and general data entry tasks (Google Docs, Salesforce, and other tools as needed). Review and verify orders for accuracy; ensure attention to detail in all aspects of order processing. Conduct internet research to gather and confirm business information as necessary. Communicate with businesses and customers via phone and email to gather, confirm, and relay information. Compose and send professional emails; take messages and handle incoming calls from customers. Maintain organized records and documentation for all orders and communications. Report daily to the onsite office and maintain perfect attendance (Monday ? Friday, 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM). Required Qualifications: 0-3 years of relevant office experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Familiarity with MS Outlook, Google Docs, and Oracle is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable with internet navigation and online research. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain organized in a busy office setting. Self-motivated, flexible, and able to switch between assignments quickly. Basic arithmetic skills. Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not required. Excellent attendance and punctuality required (onsite presence mandatory). Ability to work collaboratively with sales and customer service teams. | |
