This is a temp-to-hire opportunity after 90 working days for individuals looking to build a long-term career. Job Responsibilities Work in a production area packing products into trays and cartons for shipment Prepare cartons and displays; fold, tape, label, and organize packaging materials Manually pack, palletize, and stack finished products according to specifications Perform final quality inspections (labels, code dates, seals, and product condition) Remove and report any out-of-spec or damaged products Ensure cartons are correctly filled, sealed, and stacked using proper pallet patterns Use a pallet jack as needed to move finished goods (up to 300 lbs) Requirements Ability to stay focused and productive throughout the shift Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong attendance is essential Comfortable with hands-on, physical work Why Apply?
