JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire an Analytical Chemist for our client in Salt Lake City, UT! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $27-29/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, flexible shift Job Description Roles: - Provide technical skill, analytical testing, and engineering support for technology development activities for various medical device products. Support current projects in research & development and possibly pilot-scale manufacturing - Focus will be on analytical chemistry work and / or in vitro biomedical work using instruments in the lab. - Execute technical and cross-functional project work - Follow and execute on standard operating procedures (SOP) and test methods. - Coordinate and support maintenance activities of lab as required. - Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor or as required to support the business. A typical day involves work in the lab, testing samples, writing up results, helping clean the lab, and running the dishwasher. Must be a self-start and good communicator with hands-on chemistry, wet lab, bio lab, and analysis experience. Must haves: - Bachelor?s degree in a relevant major: Chemistry, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, materials science, or closely related fields. - Experience / understanding of working in a lab. Lab work experience a strong plus. - Ability to write detailed technical protocols and reports a strong plus. - Strong communication skills - Strong willingness to learn BD04123JD | |
