Permanent: 7:00 a.m. ? 4:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch) Position Summary: We are seeking a bilingual Receptionist / Office Clerk to manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and assist with daily staffing needs in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities: ? Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage the reception area ? Provide general administrative and clerical support ? File documents, maintain records, and update spreadsheets ? Operate office equipment and monitor office supplies ? Assist with daily staffing needs, new hire onboarding, and applicant processing Requirements: ? Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) ? Proficient in Microsoft Excel (skills testing required) ? Strong customer service and communication skills ? Attention to detail and ability to multitask ?
