JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Processor I for our client in Warrendale, PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Monday through Friday, starting at 08:00AM until work is completed (typically between 03:00PM and 06:00PM, dependent on workload). On rare occasions, the shift may extend to 08:00PM. DESCRIPTION: Work Environment The work area is cold and wet, with temperatures consistently ranging from 34°F to 40°F throughout the year. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions and willing to learn to operate an electric pallet jack. Steel, safety, or composite slip- and water-resistant boots are required. Qualifications 0?3 years of warehouse experience preferred (minimum 1 year required) High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic arithmetic skills Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs, bend, squat, push, pull, stand for extended periods, and work in confined spaces Ability to work safely with sharp instruments Knowledge of produce and previous experience in a processing facility is preferred Responsibilities Efficiently process fresh cut orders, including cutting and packaging vegetables and other food products for next-day delivery Ensure processing room is clean and sanitized at the beginning of each shift Process fresh cut items and produce according to orders entered into the system Create labels for shipped products Package items and prepare them for shipment to ensure timely delivery Maintain product quality standards Follow all safety rules and regulations Fulfill additional requests or instructions from the Manager or Supervisor | |
