We are looking for a Product Development Engineering Technician to join our Urology and Critical Care team. Shift: M-F 9Am-5pm Pay: $26.00 Benefits: 401k, Health insurance, and Weekly pay Why This Role Matters As a Tech I, you are the bridge between a brilliant design and a functional product. You?ll be the one in the lab making sure our prototypes can withstand real-world conditions, ensuring that every catheter, valve, or sensor we develop meets the highest standards of safety and performance. What You?ll Do Every Day The "Science" of Testing: Execute physical, chemical, and mechanical tests on cutting-edge prototypes. You?ll measure everything from flow rates to material durability. Master the Lab: Become an expert in high-tech instrumentation, managing measurements for pressure, temperature, and complex dimensions. Build & Prepare: Set up intricate test environments and prepare samples that define the future of our product line. Innovate & Document: Help us write the "playbook" by generating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new testing setups and training others to use them. Precision Reporting: Turn raw data into actionable insights for the engineering team, ensuring we stay compliant with GLP and GDP standards. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is naturally curious and thrives in a structured, scientific environment. Feature Requirement Education Associate?s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience 1+ years in a lab or testing environment (Medical device experience is a huge plus!). Tech Skills Proficiency in MS Office and a knack for learning new lab software/hardware.
