Pay Rate - $80-86.50/hr

Job Description
Focus is information architecture, content structuring, customer experience strategy, and organizing information aligned to customer journeys. Very little to no work with development teams. Primary collaboration with: Analytics, Communications, and Customer Experience teams. AI initiatives require far better structured content. Need someone dedicated to streamlining and organizing large volumes of help content accumulated over years.

Technical Requirements
No required programming languages or specific tools. Work is primarily conceptual/organizational?categorizing, structuring, and creating information frameworks.

Must Haves
1. Ability to clearly define the customer journey.
2. Previous Information Architecture experience.
3. Background in communications, analytics, or a blend of both.
4. Looking for 7-10 years of related experience.

Nice to Haves
? Experience with content architecture.
? Experience designing for large language models (LLMs), AI, or chat agents.

Soft Skills
High curiosity. Strong interpersonal communication; ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable reaching out cross functionally.

Indicators of success:
o Experience in large tech orgs, agencies, or consulting environments.

Current Projects This Role Will Support
? Creating a measurement framework for Help Center engagement (web + phone).
? Working with newly consolidated Help website content.
? Streamlining info architecture across brands.
? Connecting digital behavior, chat logs, and contact center data (?the Rosetta Stone?).
? Acting as the unifying layer across several concurrent CX/analytics/content project
