Weekly Pay! $22.00/Hour Shift Details : 1st Shift Day starts at : 06:30AM Day Ends at : 03:00PM Working days : Monday - Friday JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, stenography, office machine operation, and filing. TOP SKILLS REQUIRED: Computer skills Budgeting Experience Training Coordination Attendance Management Microsoft experience Excel (Pivot Tables) Purchasing and inventorying Attendance management Attention to detail (making sure dates align with timecards, correct hours on timecards, correct certifications in timely manner) Organized (making sure you know where files are located for specific paperwork or items) Time manageable ( able to get Dayforce done by 9am Monday mornings, able to order and plan lunches on time) Microsoft Excel, outlook, word ( making spreadsheets for budgets and matrix?s) Adaptable ( being able to help another department if needed) Leadership (being able to help run certain meetings such as CL meeting and maintain respect for MT?s) Teamwork (working with others to make sure you accomplish the main goal) Critical thinking ( may be asked to come up with certain spreadsheets for ABM) Communication ( you must work with a lot of other team members, so communication is strong as far as upper management and coworkers) Education: High School Diploma | |
