JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Remote Senior HR Project Manager for our client! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Remote Position! Pay Rate - $77/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Job Description This position is responsible for providing strategic support and project management in all HR matters for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and other corporate transactions. Partner with key HR subject matter experts to deliver solutions for integration issues such as: benefits, compensation, payroll, time and attendance, on-boarding, immigration, talent acquisition, HR compliance, employee relations, change management, training, organization design, job mapping and employee data management. Provide support via counsel, guidance and direction to Division HR Leadership, ILOB HR VPs, Corporate Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, ITG, and the Corporate HRIS Team as it relates to acquisitions. Create and manage project plans to ensure project deliverables and completion dates are met. Oversee and execute HR onboarding of acquired employees. Continuously improve integration by identifying ways to improve the employee experience and meet evolving business needs via automation, increased efficiencies or other types of process improvement. Major Responsibilities General Responsibilities Develop and retain key relationships with all parties involved with acquisition and employee onboarding including oversight of functional areas that support the deal including operations and functional area VP?s, HRBP?s, payroll, comp, benefits, etc. Support HR operational excellence. Define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure effective functioning of projects. Gather, compile and audit employee data files, interfacing with multiple support partners and vendors, and serve as a key leader in acquisitions. Implement Business and HR Strategy and Programs Provide strategic direction on HR matters associated with all acquisitions. Implement national or regional HR initiatives pertaining to acquisitions. Work with appropriate COEs to support acquisitions. Identify and solve complex cross-functional challenges related to integration, including compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition and onboarding. Develop and retain key relationships with all parties involved with acquisition employee onboarding. Support HR operational excellence. Develop and maintain support documentation for HR teams. Train HR as needed. Performs as a co-leader with Division HR VPs to elevate and seek resolution on issues that arise during the transaction process and represents HR on IMO calls. Support Adherence to Employment Compliance During Acquisitions Work directly with local HR Business Partners, Corporate Benefits, Corporate Compensation and Corporate HRIS Team, to ensure employees associated with acquisitions are on-boarded appropriately in Lawson per guidelines. Work directly with third party vendor to ensure employees associated with acquisitions have met onboarding requirements (background check and drug screens). Perform diligence and assess compliance; and understand the legal documents associated with deals ? letters of intent, purchase agreement, employment terms, contracts, HR financial aspects ? to support the development and legal teams/process. Support HR Operational Excellence Establish, cultivate and maintain strong working relationships within HR Organization and ensure a clear understanding of operational objectives relative to projects. Respond appropriately to time-sensitive HR issues. Develop and educate Division HR VPs and the incoming HR teams on the acquisition process. Required Education and Experience Bachelors degree in a related field 3+ years of experience in HR or related field 3+ years of experience in project management is preferred Required Licenses, Certifications and Training Relationship Building Attention to detail; highly organized Ability to deescalate physicians and executive leaders to work towards solutions Understanding of Employment Agreements and key compliance requirements pertaining to acquisitions Previous Business Partner experience preferred; Deep understanding and knowledge of HR Systems and dependencies; Clear understanding of Physician Services?
