The Material Handler III supports warehouse and distribution operations by performing both physical and administrative tasks related to manufacturing, packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement. This role works with raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods using ERP/WMS systems to ensure accurate handling, documentation, and shipment of materials. Responsibilities may include inbound or outbound operations based on business needs. Pay Rate: $30/hour Schedule: Monday?Friday, 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM Employment Type: Contract (extension possible) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Job Responsibilities Pick, pack, scan, and label customer orders using RF technology Verify order accuracy and package shipments properly Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and SOPs Palletize and re-palletize products for shipment Scan completed pallets and operate shrink-wrapping equipment Transport pallets using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required Ensure accuracy and proper shipment packaging Inbound, Outbound & Inventory Movement Load and unload shipments using WMS systems Locate, retrieve, and replenish inventory in picking locations Prepare shipment documentation for domestic and international orders Equipment & Systems Operate forklifts and other MHE safely and responsibly Report equipment damage or maintenance issues immediately Maintain required equipment certifications May assist with SAP transactions and system training Safety, Quality & Housekeeping Report injuries, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately Maintain warehouse security awareness Support quality goals and sanitation standards Training & Cross-Functional Support Complete all required RF, safety, and compliance training Participate in Hazmat training as assigned Cross-train in other warehouse functions and provide backup support Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED (or 3 years of relevant experience) 5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred Forklift certification required Experience operating MHE (Order Picker, Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Dock Stocker) Familiarity with RF scanners, voice systems, and ERP/WMS tools Stron Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting Frequent use of hands and repetitive motion Occasional climbing Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in some areas Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
