Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented eGIS Change Management Specialist to support the rollout of an enterprise Geographic Information System (eGIS) initiative. This role is a key contributor to the Change Management team and is responsible for developing and delivering effective training, communications, and user-focused content to support adoption of GIS mapping applications, including Esri ArcFM and Schneider Electric ArcFM Designer XI. The ideal candidate will partner closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure all training and communication materials align with the overall change management strategy and effectively support end users throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop targeted communication and training strategies aligned with project objectives to support adoption of new eGIS tools Collaborate with Change Management and development teams to identify training and communication needs and priorities Create high-quality content in multiple formats, including demo videos, PDF job aids, newsletters, SharePoint pages, and MS Teams content Support diverse end-user groups with clear, engaging, and user-centered materials Lead content review cycles, including proofreading and editing, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and up-to-date information across project phases Monitor content performance using analytics and generate insights and reports Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in content development and employee engagement Provide additional support for eGIS Change Management initiatives as needed Required Qualifications- Hands-on experience with Esri GIS tools, including ArcMap and/or ArcGIS Demonstrated experience developing training materials such as job aids, demo videos, and self-guided learning modules Experience supporting organizational or technology change initiatives Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience contributing to large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders Soft Skills- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong listening, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills Excellent time management and prioritization abilities Quick learner with the ability to rapidly absorb and apply new information Education Requirement- Bachelor?s degree required | |
