Position Overview

The HR Administrative Assistant will support the Human Resources team by managing a high volume of HR and Benefits-related inquiries. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal and external customers and requires professionalism, discretion, and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities-
Respond to a high volume of Human Resources and Benefits inquiries via multiple communication channels, including service requests, telephone calls, face-to-face interactions, and virtual meetings.

Create and maintain detailed case logs using HR Connect to document interactions, track work in progress, and record actions taken.

Process a variety of HR and Benefits transactions using multiple software applications.
Provide exceptional customer service through frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of business conduct at all times.

Required (Must-Have) Skills & Qualifications-
Demonstrated time management and priority-setting skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Knowledge of employee benefit plans and human resource policies.

Preferred Skills-
Prior call center experience.
