We are seeking to hire a Production Worker for our client in Winthrop, MN! Weekly Pay and Benefits Available! $20.40/Hour 6AM to 2PM, Mon-Fri and Weekends As Needed GENERAL PURPOSE Properly melt and transfer product (butter) to the correct holding tank. Minimize loss by proper draining. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain complete and accurate records on product produced Assist operator in packaging of finished product and other duties where needed Maintain a clean working area and ensure all equipment is cleaned properly Ensure all product is labeled, and code date is correct before moving to storage Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues Follow all good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements Attend required training, including but not limited to: GMPs HAACP, SQF, and Safety The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned as required EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent preferred Production or general work experience preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Able to follow directions and carry out instructions Able to effectively work in a team environment Able to legibly write entries for record keeping Able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to read, write and speak English## | |
