Weekly Pay! $40.00/Hour JOB DESCRIPTION: Role Overview: Conduct outreach to customers with a goal to enroll new customers in Client's Demand Response programs. Conduct outreach to aggregators participating in Clients Demand Response programs to co-implement growth tactics that increase enrollments in Demand Response. Conduct outreach to aggregators who are not participating in Clients Demand Response programs to convince them to participate. Implement marketing and outreach campaigns, in partnership with internal marketing team. Offer ideas and suggestions on how to further grow enrollments. Demonstrate consistent and dependable performance in meeting program results. Apply a high level of program knowledge and use collateral tools to explain program benefits and enrollment process to customers and aggregators. Provide comprehensive verbal and written feedback on the depth and quality of customer engagement and effectiveness of marketing collateral within the scope of the business objective. Abide by customer or site rules and regulations and establish strong, trusted relationships with customers. Abide by all Client safety rules and regulations. Responsibilities/Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating face-to-face conversations with prospective customers in various settings and motivating them to enroll in our Demand Response programs. The Sales Advisor will leverage their understanding of the Company's programs to enthusiastically convey program benefits and encourage customer enrollment. The Sales Advisor for Client's Demand Response team will be responsible for generating consistent face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and aggregators to promote and sell the Client Demand Response programs in various settings like customer premises, Co-Op board meetings, community events, and expositions. The Sales Advisor is accountable for acquiring new customers and enrolling them in the program. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for achieving and tracking goals set by the Team Lead or Strategy Manager. They will also work closely with other members of the Strategy Team to learn best practices, maximize customer satisfaction, understand market trends, and support sales and marketing initiatives. Required Skills: 1-3 years sales or prior customer-facing experience preferred, or other applicable work experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively Technology adept Ability to work all days of the week Commutable distance from 5 Boroughs and Westchester Drivers License (Vehicle Not Required, will not be driving a company vehicle) Preferred Skills/ Flex Skills: Access to dedicated vehicle Phone Sales Experience Education or Certification Requirement: High School Diploma | |
