Job Description

Responsibilities
Responsible for the end-to-end creation of best-in-class enablement content and collateral.
Will craft value messaging based on data and insights and incorporate into consumable assets for frontline team.
Build sales Go-To-Market plans in alignment with 'right message, right time' strategy for our frontline sales teams.
Will be cross-functional liaison between the frontline and other marketing teams including Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social and more.
A self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven project management skills, and understand the importance of executing with excellence.
Energized from moving fast, thinking big with your stakeholders, and solving for ambiguity.
Innovatively minded and who enjoys thinking out-of-the-box.
Organized, strong attention to detail and know how to self-prioritize.

Critical Focus Areas
Primary Responsibility: Content creation is the most critical part of the role.
Nature of Work: Strong emphasis on execution rather than strategy.
Independence: Will create content largely independently, with occasional collaboration with a content designer for design assets.
Sales Enablement Scope for client means sales playbooks, go-to-market decks, pitch content, and customer-facing messaging (scripts, talking points, SMS, email templates).

Tools & Tech Stack
Must-have: HighSpot (sales enablement platform).
Nice-to-have: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong (trainable), Jira (project management), Tableau (for reporting), G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), Zoom (virtual collaboration).

Analytics
? Basic reporting and analysis in HighSpot (e.g., views, click-through rates) to measure content effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in B2C/B2B Marketing experience.
2+ years of sales enablement experience or highly related revenue-driving experience to/through sales teams.
Experience creating content from scratch, analyzing content performance and actioning on next steps.
Must be skilled working in the G-suite (Google docs, Google sheets, Google slides)
Hands-on knowledge in sales tech stacks: Highspot, Gong, SalesForce, Salesloft, and related key enablement tools.
Experience in reporting, compiling requirements and use cases for business briefs, and project management. Tableau, Jira and related reporting, project management tools a plus.

Top 3 Priorities
1. Sales Enablement Content Creation-
Develop enablement materials for frontline operators across four business lines: Seller, Buyer, New Construction, and Home Loans.
Content includes scripts, SMS/email templates, flyers, and other messaging assets.
2. Content Management in Highspot
Upload and organize marketing resources and materials into Highspot, the internal tool used by frontline operators to access content.
3. Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of created content (e.g., email templates, messaging) to understand impact and optimize future materials.

A master communicator, adept at building relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional project management skills with a focus on operational excellence and attention to detail.
Proficient in creating content from scratch, analyzing performance, and taking proactive steps for improvement.
Skilled at storytelling, writing compelling copy and integrating it into final deliverables, including visually appealing pitch decks and other collateral.
An organized self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment; excels at thinking out-of-the-box, and navigating through ambiguity to drive success.

Preferred Background
? Experience in tech preferred; real estate is not required.
? Agency or in-house marketing experience acceptable.
? Experience working with sales teams is highly valued.
? Product marketing background is a plus (not required).
