Position Overview:
JobsRUs.com is seeking a detail-oriented Return Merchandise Customer Service Specialist who speaks Mandarin Chinese. This role processes product returns, communicates with customers, coordinates with internal teams, and ensures accurate documentation. Responsibilities include authorizing returns, issuing RMAs, troubleshooting issues, and preparing reports on return trends. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Authorize and process returns (RMAs, inspections, receiving workflow).
Communicate with customers regarding expectations, updates, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and production teams.
Maintain accurate return records for tracking, auditing, and reporting.
Troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
Generate reports on return trends, defects, and warranty issues.

Q ualifications:
Mandarin Chinese required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM, WMS, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
