Wyandotte MI |$18.00-20.00/Hour Shift from 6:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. and Sunday 10:45 pm to 6:45 a.m. Rotation: Week 1 Mon, Tues, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday Friday Position Overiview- This position will be hands on manufacturing, interfacing with products and equipment. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing or production experience is a requirement experience with machine operation or assembly is preferred. This hands-on manufacturing position involves direct interaction with products and equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have 1?3 years of manufacturing or production experience, with preferred experience in machine operation or assembly. Key Responsibilities and Requirements- Prioritize safety in all tasks and maintain compliance with company safety programs. Adapt to changing work priorities and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment. Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and excellent attendance. Learn and perform a variety of tasks, including equipment start-up, shutdown, and routine operation. Operate relevant equipment, including de-flashing units, carts, pallet jacks, pneumatic and electric tools, bin lifters, handheld air wands, and scan guns. Perform equipment and product changeovers while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. Support material movement from inspection or assembly lines to staging areas for warehouse transfer. Read and follow standard operating instructions and utilize all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct routine safety checks and actively participate in the safety program. Understand and operate HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for data entry into LAN databases. Troubleshoot equipment issues independently and collaboratively. Exhibit strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and mature judgment in daily operations. Possess functional English language skills and basic math competency, including use of rulers, gages, and other measurement tools. Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs and sitting for extended periods as required. May provide training to other personnel on unit operations. Frequent interaction with internal customers; no external customer interaction required. Screening and Qualifications: Candidate must have 1?3 years of production manufacturing experience. SAM or PSI certification is required prior to submission. Candidates must pass the assessment to be considered. CHR required after offer. Additional screening requirements may apply based on job assignment. Experience- Candidate must have at least 1-3 years of production manufacturing experience for this position.
