Weekly Pay! $30.00/Hour Shift details : 1st shift Day starts at : 07:00PM Day ends at : 03:30PM Working days : Monday to Friday JOB SUMMARY: Years of Experience (Required): 2+ years Must Haves (Required): 1 Ability to update and implement processes and procedures when needed; 2 Ability to create/update test plans, test equipment, or equipment validation; 3 Ability to assist the MRO Product Repair Technicians with evaluations/troubleshoot on customer returned products Nice to Haves: 1 Familiar with Welding & Brazing standards of American Welding Society (AWS); 2 Familiar with Soldering and Conformal Coating standards J-STD-001 & IPC-610; 3 Familiar with Corrective Actions, Engineering Analysis, other methods for troubleshooting Preferred Certifications/Credentials: 1 J-STD-001; 2 IPC-610; 3 AWS for Welding and Brazing Development Opportunities: There are a variety of growth opportunities available, depending on the direction the individual chooses to pursue Target Companies: Aerospace Manufacturing, Automotive Manufacturing, Engineering Firms Manufacturing Engineering Technician 1: Provides expertise in setting-up and conducting simple product evaluation, creating process documentation, and operations support Ensures high quality process development of Meggitt products/components Responsibilities: Interpret drawings, procedures and process documents to support Operations with their procedures Support Manufacturing Engineering department in execution of development and product evaluation activities Creates product test plans, procedures and reports with guidance Assists with process validation test programs to ensure products/systems meet design specs Acts as a resource for operations to explain drawing and process requirements Support equipment maintenance team with advanced diagnostics of our equipment Performs analysis and troubleshooting to determine root causes of failure of product and equipment Select and procure tooling and equipment using purchase requisitions and approval for expenditure process Other responsibilities as assigned Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance Assists with welding and brazing development and qualification Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary Qualifications: Able to apply expertise in systematic discipline and analytical approach to problem solving Ability to apply processes and procedures to accomplish tasks Experience in a manufacturing environment with raw material processing, and assembly Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience Effective interpersonal skills to drive tasks to completion Effective oral and written communication Education: High School or equivalent | |
