JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Palletizer I for our client in Irvine CA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Day starts at: 06:30AM Working Days: Monday - Friday. Strong OT possibility. DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities Responsibilities for roles involving "debagging" or similar tasks generally include: Handling Damaged/Returned Product: Identifying, separating, and staging damaged or returned items within the warehouse environment (which can include dry goods, cooler, and freezer sections). Repackaging and Cleanup: Cleaning up spills or damage, repackaging products, and ensuring they meet quality control standards for return to inventory. Manual Handling and Lifting: Frequently lifting products weighing between 1 to 75 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. The role requires constant bending, twisting, and reaching. Equipment Operation: Safely operating an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport products within the facility. Following Safety Standards: Adhering to all food safety, quality control (QC), and OSHA safety regulations and procedures. General Warehouse Duties: May involve other tasks such as making boxes, basic sanitation duties, or assisting other warehouse personnel as needed. Qualifications Typical qualifications for these types of roles are entry-level: Experience: 1- 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse, military, or physically active job is often preferred. Physical Stamina: The ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for an entire shift, often 10-12 hours daily, on one's feet, and in environments with extreme temperature variations (coolers/freezers). Skills: The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, and perform basic math functions. | |
