Location: New York, NY Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Schedule: 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM EST Pay Rate: $30?$40 per hour Start Date: January 5, 2026 Employment Type: Contract with potential extensions About the Role The Distributed Energy Services Team is seeking two Analysts to support the processing of customer applications for Distributed Energy Resources (DER), including solar PV, battery storage, and other electrical interconnections up to 5MW. You will help manage a high-volume workflow?over 10,000 applications per year?by reviewing documentation, using internal systems, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and supporting customers through clear communication. Key Responsibilities Review and process customer applications and supporting documents Use internal systems such as CPMS, CORE, and EGIS mapping Follow state and company standards, including NY Standardized Interconnection Requirements and CSP 4-0-10 Evaluate work requests to determine service needs for DER projects Maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers to keep projects on track What We?re Looking For Required: 2?5 years of experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication High attention to detail and strong multitasking ability Experience building positive working relationships Bachelor?s degree Preferred: Engineering background Utility industry or business operations experience | |
