Packing Lead ? Shine Foods (Torrance, CA 90501) Pay: $18.25?$19.00/hr | 1st Shift: 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM Join our growing team at Shine Foods! We?re looking for a reliable, hands-on Packing Lead to oversee daily packaging operations and support a fast-paced production team. What You?ll Do ? Lead and support the packaging team, ensuring training, accuracy, and efficiency. ? Operate and adjust packaging equipment (baggers, wrappers, formers, palletizing). ? Minimize downtime by troubleshooting and preparing line set-ups. ? Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times. ? Track inventory, complete daily reports, and communicate issues to supervisors. ? Follow GMPs, food safety procedures, and company specifications. What We?re Looking For ? Ability to understand instructions in English and/or Spanish. ? Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a loud or changing-temperature environment. ? Reliable, organized, and comfortable leading a team. ? Weekend availability when needed.
