Schedule & Pay Shift: Monday?Thursday, 2:45 PM?1:00 AM Pay: $17.00/hour + $0.50 shift differential What You?ll Do As a Production Associate, you?ll support a variety of tasks that help create and prepare medical devices for distribution. This may include: -Fabricating, assembling, testing, and packaging medical components -Setting up, operating, and performing basic maintenance or troubleshooting on equipment -Conducting quality inspections following established SOPs and safety guidelines -Rotating between tasks to support production needs What We?re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required -0?1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience. -Ability to read and understand written instructions in English and perform basic math -Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work -Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team -Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities -Reliable attendance and ability to work extended or flexible hours if needed -Comfortable using basic measurement tools (such as microscopes) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 50 pounds Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities BD04123JD | |
