We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Laboratory Quality Control professional to join our dynamic team in the medical devices industry. Schedule: Monday?Friday, 9:5:30 PM

Must-Haves: Hands-on flow cytometry experience (data acquisition & analysis)

About the Role

The QC Associate I performs routine, accurate, and timely QC testing?primarily flow cytometry?following standard protocols. You?ll analyze data, document results, and help maintain a safe, organized lab environment. You?ll receive clear guidance while building independence in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Perform QC tests, including flow cytometry, with accuracy and attention to detail
Analyze data and document results in required databases and forms
Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment; report issues as needed
Prepare reagents, supplies, and assist with general lab upkeep
Follow all lab safety procedures and report potential hazards
Participate in training, cross-training, and team projects

Requirements
BS/BA in a scientific discipline or relevant college coursework with 2+ years lab experience
Hands-on flow cytometry experience required
Tissue culture experience highly preferred
Prior biotech, industrial, or research lab experience is a plus

Skills

Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of lab safety practices
Clear written and verbal communication
