Weekly Pay! $40.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st Shift Day starts at : 08:00AM Day Ends at : 04:30PM Working Days : Monday - Friday Job Description: Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of projects and project oriented work efforts. This position manages initiatives of various sizes and levels of complexity. She/he will establish the project framework and execute project management processes, tools, and techniques to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. The position is responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. She/he ensures that senior management and all stakeholders are provided with regular project status and performance updates. Looking for someone who is detail oriented, has strong communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience with risk management and mitigation. This is a position within our HR Project Management team and will play an important role in supporting our various HR teams as we execute projects. PMP certification not required. Preferably onsite at Arden Hills, MN location but open to remote. | |
